No, there is no age requirement. We welcome applications for all ages.
Unfortunately, we can only fulfill one dream per patient. We receive an overwhelming amount of dream requests and want to be fair in fulfilling as many dream requests as possible.
We do require a current confirmation from your physician stating your diagnosis.
If your dream request requires travel, your physician will need to approve your travel.
We trust that your honest with us therefore we do not verify financial records.
If there is a dream that you are uncertain can be fulfilled, please just ask. We do have limited funds and resources; however, we will do our best to fulfill each dream to the best of our ability.
